Every time we’ve dealt with her, she has been brilliant. Even though many of our ideas weren’t practical in our current circumstances (and she probably instantly knew that!) she took the time to go through all the figures for each idea. She was approachable and positive, but also realistic. She gave us frank and honest feedback, which was appreciated. One of the best things about Jo is she is very prompt at responding to calls or emails and goes above and beyond with this- even calling me back when she was on leave! This is so good, as at times our requests have been quite time-sensitive. She always remembers us and recalls our situation when we are in touch, even though it is sometimes months and months between contact. Overall she has been really great and makes banking quite bearable! "
