Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Entry

• Entries will be accepted from the 1st of November 2025 to the 12th of December 2025
• The prize draw will take place on 15th December 2025.
• Eligibility Criteria: To qualify, the referrer must refer a friend aged 18 or over. The referred individual must complete a 20-minute critique call with a member of the NZHL Metro team. Once this is done, the referrer will be entered into the prize draw.
• Each referral counts as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Joint applications count as a single entry.
• The referrers must obtain consent from the individual being referred to before submitting their personal contact details.
• All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
• Prize: x1 250 Dinner Voucher (of your choice).
• NZHL Metro reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
• NZHL Metro also reserves the right to withhold the prize if, in its sole discretion, it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the entry is fraudulent.
• The prize will be awarded only to the original entrant (the “Winner”).
• The Winner will be notified via email, phone call, text message, mail, or in person and may be required to participate in promotional activities as requested by NZHL Metro.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• To claim the prize, the Winner must provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate).
• NZHL Metro reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason.
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or substituted
