Win a Bike competition – Terms and conditions

  1. By participating, entrants agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.
  2. This competition is being run and promoted by New Zealand Home Loans (NZHL).
  3. This competition consists of 14 separate competitions, one for each XRACE event,
  4. Entries open at the start of each individual XRACE event and will close near the end of that event. 
  5. You can only enter ONCE. Entry is free. One entry per person.
  6. To be eligible for this promotion you must complete the “WIN a Bike entry form. This will be available through a QR code that will be given out on the day of each XRACE event.
  7. Winners will be drawn randomly.
  8. To be eligible to win, the winner must be at the event.
  9. If the event is operating under a COVID19 Red Light, entries will be drawn remotely and contacted accordingly.  If winners cannot be contacted within three days a redraw will be conducted.
  10. The prize is a kids and adults mountain bike.
  11. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange local transport for their prize.
  12. NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  13. NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  14. NZHL reserves the right to make changes to this competition/promotion as it deems necessary.
  15. Only the person who originally entered the competition can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  16. NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. NZHL franchise owners, their employees, contractor and employees of NZHL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  18. There is one child and one adult bike available to give away per XRACE event.
  19. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  20. Competition entries become the property of NZHL and will comply with the Privacy Act 2020 when handling personal information and in accordance with NZHL Privacy Policy. See our privacy statement for more details.
  21. No Liability: NZHL and its associated agencies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
