  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) are a part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This is a competition promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL)
  3. Eligibility: All participants must be 18 and over to enter
  4. Dates: The competition will run from Sunday, the 22nd of February, to the 8th of March 2026. 
  5. A valid entry requires the entrant to ‘Like’ the NZHL Northwest Christchurch Facebook page or Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the competition post, who they believe may benefit from our services.
  6. The prize is for one winner only: A $300 gift voucher from Canopy Escapes Camping and a $250 Voucher to Tussock Hill Vineyard. 
  7. A prize draw will take place on Monday, the 9th of March 2026. 
  8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted directly via a private Facebook message, where contact information will be requested to send voucher details.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Northwest Christchurch reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  10. NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  11. NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  12. NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  13. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  14. NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  16. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners, and they may use their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
