Christchurch Neighbourhood Special – Terms & Conditions

  • Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • To be eligible for the waiver of the NZHL Home Loan Application Fee, participants must meet the following criteria:
    • Be aged 18 years or over.
    • Reference the NZHL Christchurch North advertisement published in Raine and Horne Community Business Directory when making an enquiry or application.
    • Complete an appointment with NZHL Christchurch North booking via an online booking (https://nzhl.co.nz/find-us/chch-north/#office-contact-form) or contacting the office (Phone: 03 421 3739 , email: [email protected])
    • Become a new client with NZHL by settling a home loan arranged by NZHL.
  • Valid entries must be received between June 2026 and June 2027.
  • This offer is valid for new NZHL Christchurch North clients only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Each individual is eligible for one application fee waiver only. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
  • Confirmation of the application fee waiver will be provided in writing.
  • The promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Participants may be required to provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s licence or passport) to confirm eligibility.
  • All personal information will be collected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
  • NZHL reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in misleading or fraudulent behaviour.
  • NZHL reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • NZHL’s decision in relation to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
