Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter and the prize(s) are a part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- This is a competition promoted by NZHL Canterbury Metro Ltd (NZHL)
- Eligibility: All participants must be 18 and over to enter
- Dates: The competition will run from the 2nd of December 2024 to the 18th of December 2024.
- There are eleven (11) Hampers prizes to be won. A valid entry is someone who likes the NZHL Canterbury Metro Facebook page and comments on any of the eleven posts associated with the ‘Canterbury Metro Christmas’ campaign.
- Week 1: Entries submitted in Week 1 will be entered into a draw to win one of five hampers. The five winners will be selected on Friday, December 6, 2024.
- Week 2: Entries submitted in Week 2 will be entered into a draw to win one of five hampers. The five winners will be selected on Friday, December 13, 2024.
- Week 3: Entries submitted in Week 3 will be entered into a draw to win the final hamper of the competition. The winner will be selected on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
- Total value of Prizes = $1040
- Winner notification: The winner will be contacted directly through a private Facebook message – contact information will be requested to send the prize.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Canterbury Metro reserves the right to redraw the prize.
- NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
- NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
- NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
- Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
- NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners, and they may use their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
- There are a total of 11 hampers to be won.
