Terms and Conditions – NZHL Northern Bays Murrays Bay School Promotion
Information on how to participate in this promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is run by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Limited (NZHL) on behalf of NZHL Northern Bays.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
- The promotion runs from 12 October 2026 to 18 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
- To qualify for the promotion, an individual must book and attend an appointment with NZHL Northern Bays during the Promotional Period and advise NZHL Northern Bays that they are participating in the Murrays Bay School Promotion at the time of booking or attending the appointment.
- For every qualifying appointment attended during the Promotional Period, NZHL Northern Bays will donate $100 NZD to Murrays Bay School.
- An appointment may include a home loan, insurance, KiwiSaver, or general financial review discussion. No obligation applies to proceed with any NZHL product or service for a donation to be made under this promotion.
- Donations are made directly by NZHL Northern Bays to Murrays Bay School. Participants are not entitled to receive the donation amount themselves, and donations are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other benefit.
- Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled outside the Promotional Period, not attended, or otherwise not completed during the Promotional Period will not qualify for a donation.
- NZHL Northern Bays reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether an appointment qualifies for the promotion.
- NZHL Northern Bays reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
- NZHL Northern Bays reserves the right to exclude any person from participation where it reasonably believes these Terms and Conditions have not been met or where misleading or fraudulent conduct has occurred.
