Terms and Conditions – NZHL Pegasus Bay Refinance Refer a Friend Promotion 2026

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Entry

  • Referrals for the NZHL Pegasus Bay Refinance Refer a Friend Promotion will be accepted from 19 October 2026 to 18 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  • To qualify for this promotion:
    • The referred person must be aged 18 years or over.
    • The referred person must not be an existing NZHL client at the time the referral is submitted.
    • The referred person must be referred by an existing NZHL client during the Promotional Period.
    • The referred person must become a client of NZHL Pegasus Bay and settle a refinance home loan arranged through NZHL Pegasus Bay on or before 30 June 2027.
  • General enquiries, consultations, financial advice discussions, loan applications that do not proceed to settlement, or refinance loans that settle after 30 June 2027 are not eligible for this promotion.
  • If more than one person refers the same individual, only the first referral received by NZHL Pegasus Bay will be eligible.
  • By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained the referred person’s permission for NZHL Pegasus Bay to contact them.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.

Reward

  • Each eligible referrer will receive one (1) $200 Prezzy Card for each qualifying referral.
  • The $200 Prezzy Card will only be issued where:
    • The referred person signs up as a client of NZHL Pegasus Bay; and
    • The referred person’s refinance home loan settles on or before 30 June 2027.
  • There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a participant may submit during the Promotional Period.
  • A referred person may only generate one (1) reward under this promotion, regardless of the number of products or lending facilities they obtain through NZHL Pegasus Bay.
  • NZHL Pegasus Bay reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
  • Eligible referrers will be contacted within 30 days of the qualifying refinance loan settlement to arrange delivery of their Prezzy Card.
  • The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • NZHL Pegasus Bay reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time.
