Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to participate in this campaign forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. This campaign is run by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Limited (NZHL) on behalf of NZHL Wellington Coastal.
3. To participate, individuals must be aged 18 years or over.
4. A qualifying transaction is:

a. a new home loan arranged through NZHL Wellington Coastal that settles during the Promotional Period; or

b. a new insurance policy arranged through NZHL Wellington Coastal that is issued during the Promotional Period,

where the client mentions the Butterfly Compassion Club to NZHL Wellington Coastal at the time of enquiry or arrangement.

1. The campaign runs from [start date] to [end date] (“Promotional Period”).
2. For every qualifying home loan arranged through NZHL Wellington Coastal that settles during the Promotional Period, NZHL Wellington Coastal will donate $100 NZD to the Levin Incline Hockey Club.
3. For every qualifying insurance policy arranged through NZHL Wellington Coastal that is issued during the Promotional Period, NZHL Wellington Coastal will donate $50 NZD to the Levin Incline Hockey Club.
4. A participant may have more than one qualifying transaction during the Promotional Period. Where a participant arranges both a qualifying home loan and a qualifying insurance policy, each qualifying transaction will result in the applicable donation being made to the nominated organisation.
5. All home loans are subject to NZHL’s lending criteria, application process, and approval requirements.
6. Home loans that do not proceed to settlement during the Promotional Period, or insurance policies that are not issued during the Promotional Period, will not qualify for a donation.
7. NZHL Wellington Coastal reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether a transaction qualifies for the campaign.
8. NZHL Wellington Coastal reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time, subject to applicable laws.
9. NZHL Wellington Coastal reserves the right to exclude any person from participation where it reasonably believes these Terms and Conditions have not been met or where misleading or fraudulent conduct has occurred.
