Terms and Conditions – NZHL Garden City Refer a Friend Promotion

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Entry

  • Entries will be accepted from 28 September 2026 to 17 December 2026.
  • The prize draw will take place on 18 December 2026.
  • To receive an entry into the draw, the referred person must:
    • Be aged 18 years or over
    • Be a new contact to NZHL
    • Be referred by the entrant during the promotional period; and
    • Book and complete an appointment with NZHL Garden City during the promotional period.
  • One (1) entry will be awarded for each eligible referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals and entrant can make.
  • The entrants must obtain consent from the individual being referred to before submitting their personal contact details.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
  • Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $1,000 Prezzy Card. While the prize is promoted as a travel reward, the Prezzy Card may be used anywhere it is accepted, subject to the card issuer’s terms and conditions.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
  • NZHL Garden City reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL Garden City also reserves the right to withhold any prize if, in its sole discretion, it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the entry is fraudulent.
  • The winners will be notified via email, phone call, text message, mail, or in person and may be required to participate in promotional activities as requested by NZHL Garden City.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • NZHL Garden City reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason.
