Terms and Conditions – NZHL Northcote Refer a Friend Promotion

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Entry

  • Entries will be accepted from 24 August 2026 to 20 November 2026.
  • The prize draw will take place on 21 November 2026.
  • To receive an entry into the draw, the referred person must:
    • Be aged 18 years or over
    • Be a new contact to NZHL
    • Be referred by the entrant during the promotional period; and
    • Book an appointment with NZHL Northcote during the promotional period.
  • One (1) entry will be awarded for each eligible referral.
  • For every three (3) entries an entrant makes, they will receive one (1) bonus entry into the draw.
  • The referrers must obtain consent from the individual being referred to before submitting their personal contact details.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
  • Prizes: Five (5) Runner-Up Prize of a BP Petrol Voucher (valued at $100 each) and two (2) Grand Prize of a Flight Centre Travel Voucher (valued at $1000 each).
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • Entrants may win more than one prize. Entrants may win a maximum of one (1) Runner-Up Prize and one (1) Grand Prize.
  • NZHL Northcote reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL Northcote also reserves the right to withhold any prize if, in its sole discretion, it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the entry is fraudulent.
  • The winners will be notified via email, phone call, text message, mail, or in person and may be required to participate in promotional activities as requested by NZHL Northcote.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • To claim a prize, winners must provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate).
  • NZHL Northcote reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason.
