Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Entry

  • Entries will be accepted from the 23rd of April to the 18th of May 2025
  • The prize draw will take place on 18th May 2025.
  • To qualify, participants must be clients of NZHL Metro and refer a friend or family member (aged 18 or over) to come in for an appointment with NZHL Metro. The referral is required to come in for an appointment at NZHL Metro between the 23rd of April & 18th of May to be eligible to go into the draw. 
  • Each referral counts as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Joint applications count as a single entry.
  • The referrers must obtain consent from the individual being referred to before submitting their personal contact details.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
  • Prize: Two (2) tickets to one (1) of the following Super Rugby 2025 regular season matches: Crusaders vs Highlanders (Christchurch) – 23 May 2025, Chiefs vs Moana Pasifika (Hamilton) – 24 May 2025, Blues vs Waratahs (Auckland) – 31 May 2025, Hurricanes vs Moana Pasifika (Wellington) – 31 May 2025
  • One official rugby jersey of your choice (from one of the teams listed above)
  • $80 Countdown Voucher
  • NZHL Metro reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL Metro also reserves the right to withhold the prize if, in its sole discretion, it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the entry is fraudulent.
  • The prize will be awarded only to the original entrant (the “Winner”).
  • The Winner will be notified via email, phone call, text message, mail, or in person and may be required to participate in promotional activities as requested by NZHL Metro.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • To claim the prize, the Winner must provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate).
  • NZHL Metro reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason.
  • All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or substituted
