Terms and Conditions – NZHL Blenheim Lego Set and Dinner Voucher Giveaway July 2026

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • This competition is promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL) in Blenheim.
    NZHL Blenheim reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel this competition/promotion as it deems necessary.
  • All participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • A valid entry is a person who attends the Marlborough Home and Garden Show 2026 and completes the entry form.
  • Entry is free and limited to one entry per person.

Giveaway Dates:

  • The giveaway runs during the Marlborough Home and Garden Show in Blenheim, held from Friday the 3rd to Sunday the 5th of July 2026.
  • The prize draw will take place on Tuesday the 7th of July.

Prize Details:

  • Two prizes are available: a $150 voucher for Frank’s Oyster Bar, and a Lego Editions Sports Edition Football (valued at $180).
  • There will be two separate winners, one for the voucher and one for the Lego.
  • The winners will be selected randomly.
  • The winners will be contacted via phone or email using the details provided.
  • If the winners cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Blenheim reserves the right to redraw the prize
  • NZHL Blenheim reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  • NZHL Blenheim may exclude any person from participating on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL Blenheim may refuse to award a prize to any entrant whom it determines (in its sole discretion) has violated these terms or used fraudulent means to win.
  • Only the original entrant may be awarded the prize.
  • The winners are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • By entering, winners agree to have their names published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or its promotional partners. These materials may be used for publicity purposes.
  • Competition entries become the property of NZHL. All personal information will be collected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
