Win your XRACE – Timaru 2026

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) are a part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This is a competition promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL)
  3. Eligibility: All participants must be 18 and over to enter
  4. Dates: The competition will run from the 28th January 2026 to the 15th February 2026 
  5. A valid entry is someone who likes the NZHL Timaru Facebook page and tags a friend in the comment section of the (Win your XRACE) social media post.
  6. There are 10 tickets to be won, and each winner may receive only one ticket: One ticket = either 2 children and 1 adult or 1 child and 1 adult.
  7. Selected winners will be on the 16th of February 2026
  8. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted directly through a private Facebook message – contact information will be requested to send voucher information.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Timaru reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  10. NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  11. NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  12. NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  13. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  14. NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  16. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners, and they may use their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
