Kiwi Style Giveaway – BBQ & BEATS – Terms and Conditions

  • Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This is a nationwide competition promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL).
  • NZHL reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this competition/promotion as it deems necessary.
  • Xrace events start from the 30th of January to – 22nd of March 2026
  • All participants must be over 18 and attending one of the 13 XRACE events to enter: Cambridge, Devonport, Whangārei, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Hutt City, Blenheim, Timaru, Christchurch, Napier,  Tauranga, Hamilton, and Auckland.
  • Entry is free. To be eligible, you must complete the entry form, which is available to those who purchase a ticket either during XRACE registration or via a QR code distributed at each XRACE event.
  • Winners will be drawn randomly.
  • The winner will be announced at the XRACE prizegiving for each event.
  • The winner must be in attendance to be eligible to win. If not in attendance, a redraw will occur.
  • NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • NZHL franchise owners, their employees, contractors, and employees of NZHL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Only the person who originally entered the competition can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  • NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  • The prize package includes one Weber BBQ  1000N and one UE Boom, valued at a total $654.00.
  • One prize pack (as above) is available to give away per XRACE event.
  • The winner is responsible for arranging transport for their prize.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • By entering, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by NZHL or promotional partners.
  • NZHL and its partners may use winners’ names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
  • Competition entries become the property of NZHL.
  • NZHL will comply with the Privacy Act 2020 when handling personal information, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • NZHL and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered in connection with the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
