For insurance claims:
Vero – urgent claims can be lodged by calling 0800 800 134. Please note wait times will be longer than usual.
Non-urgent claims can be emailed to [email protected].
Please include your policy number in the subject line alongside ‘00521’ or ‘weather event’.
In the email, please include a brief description of what has happened and the damage and photo evidence where possible.
Tower – To lodge your claim online, visit – https://www.tower.co.nz/claims/.
If you need to speak to a representative, you can call 0800 379 372. Please note they are currently receiving a high volume of calls, and wait times are longer than usual.
