• Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is two $500 Prezzy Cards to be won, with two separate winners drawn.
• To enter, participants must:
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Complete an official entry form (available at the Christchurch Home Show or from an NZHL business owner (in the list below) during a conversation.
  • Attend a free, no-obligation appointment at one of the following NZHL offices: Christchurch Urban, Christchurch East, or Pegasus Bay, NZHL Whitmore
• Valid entries must be received between 17 October and 30 November 2025.
• The prize draw will take place on Monday, 1 December 2025.
• Each person is limited to one entry only; duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
• Winners will be notified via email, phone (call or text), mail, or in person.
• Winners must be available for any publicity requirements as requested by NZHL.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as offered.
• Winners may be required to provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, or birth certificate) to claim the prize.
• NZHL will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
• NZHL reserves the right to:
  • Exclude any person from the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  • Refuse to award a prize if an entrant breaches these Terms or enters fraudulently.
  • Amend, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any time.
• NZHL’s decision regarding the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
