Terms and conditions – Nelson Home & Garden Show Giveaway Competition

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This is a competition promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL)
  3. Eligibility: All participants must be over 18 or older.
  4. A valid entry is a person who attends the Nelson Home & Garden Show and fills out the entry form.
  5. Dates: The competition runs during the Nelson Home & Garden Show from the 19th to – 21st September 2025.
  6. Prizes: There are two prizes to be won. One Hawker House dinner voucher valued at $X and one Lego set (NAME), valued at $ X. This will be selected randomly, with the dinner voucher winner announced first, followed by the Lego prize winner. If the winners cannot be reached, there will be a redraw within 3 days.  For further details, please read our Terms & Conditions. 
  7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted via phone or email using the contact details provided.
  8. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Nelson reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  9. NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  10. NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  11. NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  12. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  13. NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  15. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners, and they may use their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
