Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Entry
- Entries will be accepted from the 10th of December to the 11th of March 2026.
- The prize draw will take place on 13th March 2026.
- To qualify, the referrer is required to refer a friend (aged 18 or older) who attends an appointment with NZHL Paraparaumu or NZHL Lampton Quay.
- Each referral counts as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Joint applications count as a single entry.
- The referrers must obtain consent from the individual being referred to before submitting their personal contact details.
- All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZHL Privacy Policy.
- Prize Details: The winner will receive a full day of golf at Boulcott Farm Golf Course for themselves and one guest. The experience includes playing alongside Glen and Nick from NZHL and the use of two golf carts for the duration of the day.
- NZHL Paraparaumu or NZHL Lampton Quay. reserves the right to disqualify any participant on reasonable grounds.
- NZHL Paraparaumu or NZHL Lampton Quay also reserves the right to withhold the prize if, in its sole discretion, it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the entry is fraudulent.
- The prize will be awarded only to the original entrant (the “Winner”).
- The Winner will be notified via email, phone call, text message, mail, or in person and may be required to participate in promotional activities as requested by NZHL Paraparaumu or NZHL Lampton Quay.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- To claim the prize, the Winner must provide valid identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate).
- NZHL Paraparaumu or NZHL Lampton Quay. reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason.
- All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or substituted
