Win a $200 Prezzy Card – Competition

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) are a part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This is a competition promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL)
  3. Eligibility: All participants must be 18 and over to enter
  4. Dates: The competition will run from the 3rd of October 2025 to the 12th of October 2025.
  5. A valid entry is someone who likes the NZHL Christchurch East Facebook page and tags a friend in the comment section, who they think might benefit from our services in the competition social media post.
  6. There is one prize to be won – a $200 Prezzy card
  7. A prize draw will take place on Monday, the 13th of October 2025
  8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted directly via a private Facebook message, where contact information will be requested to send voucher details.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Nelson Bays reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  10. NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  11. NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  12. NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who NZHL decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms and Conditions or won using fraudulent means.
  13. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  14. NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  16. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners, and they may use their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
