Terms and Conditions | LEGO Competition

This competition is organised by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL). By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms.

• Open to attendees of the Better Living Home Show in Nelson, held from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th July 2025.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Entry is free and limited to one entry per person.

To enter, participants must:

• Attend the Better Living Home Show in Nelson.
• View the jar of LEGO pieces at the NZHL stand.
• Submit a guess of how many pieces are in the jar by scanning the QR code and completing the entry form with their contact details.
• The competition runs during the show dates: 18–20 July 2025.
• The prize draw will take place on Monday, 21st July 2025 at 12:00pm.
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The LEGO set winner will be drawn first, followed by the gift voucher winner.

Prizes

• 1x LEGO set valued at $139.00
• 1x $200 gift voucher for Frank’s Oyster Bar
  Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Winners will be contacted via the phone or email provided on their entry form.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 3 working days, NZHL reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• NZHL may amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
• NZHL may exclude entries on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
• Only the original entrant (or their guardian) may claim the prize.
• NZHL’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, winners agree to have their names and images used for promotional purposes by NZHL and its partners.
• All entries become the property of NZHL and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and NZHL’s Privacy Policy.
