Terms and Conditions – Dinner Voucher Giveaway

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• This competition is promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL).
  NZHL reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel this competition/promotion as it deems necessary.
• All participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• A valid entry is a person who attends the Better Living Home Show in Blenheim and completes the entry form.
• Entry is free and limited to one entry per person.

Competition Dates:

• The competition runs during the Better Living Home Show in Blenheim, held from Friday, 18th to Sunday, 20th July 2025.
• The prize draw will take place on Monday, 21st July 2025 at noon.

Prize Details:

• One prize is available: a $200 voucher for Frank’s Oyster Bar.
• The winner will be selected randomly.
• The winner will be contacted via phone or email using the details provided.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL reserves the right to redraw the prize
• NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
• NZHL may exclude any person from participating on reasonable grounds.
• NZHL may refuse to award a prize to any entrant whom it determines (in its sole discretion) has violated these terms or used fraudulent means to win.
• Only the original entrant may be awarded the prize
• The winners are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• By entering, winners agree to have their names published and to be photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or its promotional partners. These materials may be used for publicity purposes.
• Competition entries become the property of NZHL. NZHL will comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and its own Privacy Policy when handling personal information.
