Terms and Conditions – NZHL Canterbury Metro Like & Comment Competition 2025

  • This competition is promoted by The New Zealand Home Loan Company Ltd (NZHL).
  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
  • This is a client-only draw for clients of NZHL Canterbury Metro.
  • The competition runs from 15 August to 29 August 2025.
  • The prize draw will take place on 29 August 2025.
  • To enter, participants must:
    • Like the NZHL Canterbury Metro Facebook page.
    • Comment on the competition post with the achievement they are most proud of since joining NZHL Canterbury Metro.
  • Prizes (14 total):
    2 × Dinner vouchers at Manu ($250 each), 2 × Massage vouchers ($200 each, 90-minute Relaxation Massage), 2 × Macaron boxes ($69.60 each, box of 12), 2 × Bottles of Verve Clicquot Champagne ($104 each), 2 × Clotilde @ La Dolce Vita cooking classes for two ($200 each), 2 × Mediterranean Roma gift baskets ($135 each).
  • Winners will be contacted via private Facebook message.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, NZHL Canterbury Metro reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  • Winner notification will be sent via private Facebook message, and contact information will be requested to send voucher details.
  • NZHL reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  • NZHL reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
  • NZHL reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who has violated the Terms and Conditions or used fraudulent means.
  • Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).
  • NZHL’s decisions regarding the winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • By entering the competition, winners agree to:
    • Their names being published.
    • Being photographed and/or videoed by NZHL or promotional partners.
    • NZHL using their names, photographs, videos, and/or interviews for publicity purposes if necessary.
  • Competition entries become the property of NZHL.
