For Insurance Claims:

Vero:

  • Urgent claims: Call 0800 800 134 (please note, wait times may be longer than usual).
  • Non-urgent claims: Email [email protected].
    • Include your policy number in the subject line, along with ‘00521’ or ‘weather event’.
    • In the email, provide a brief description of the incident, details of the damage, and include photo evidence if available.

Tower:

  • Lodge your claim online at https://www.tower.co.nz/claims/.
  • To speak to a representative, call 0800 379 372 (please note, wait times may be longer than usual).
