Emm’s journey with NZHL began when she noticed four former banking clients switching to NZHL within a month, all motivated by a shared goal of becoming debt-free faster.

She joined NZHL as a Client Servicing Consultant and excelled in the role, earning recognition as the company’s top performer for six consecutive years (2006–2012).

Now as a Business Owner, Emm has achieved remarkable success, being named NZHL’s Number One Business Owner in 2017, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

She was honoured with the prestigious Chairman’s Award in 2017 and again in 2024, recognizing her exceptional service and dedication to clients, colleagues, and the NZHL brand.

She also achieved the highest accolade as the Chairman’s Supreme Winner in 2024 and was named the Elite Women of the Year for her efforts in the Home loans and Insurance industry.
