New Zealand Home Loans has established itself as a leading home loan provider in Marlborough since 1999. With over 30 years combined experience in financial services the team at the Blenheim office has built a solid reputation on helping clients to achieve their goals and provide financial freedom for life. In doing this the office has gained a number of awards with the more recent awards being Top NZHL Office 2014, Number 1 Client Servicing Consultant 2015, Highest Net Promotor Score of South Island Offices 2016 and 2018 (customer satisfaction survey) and ‘Investing in People and Skills’ award from Marlborough Chamber of Commerce 2016.
NZHL Blenheim was also Runner Up for ‘Adding Value to Marlborough’ award which is demonstrated by their support and sponsorship of parkrun, XRACE and Marlborough Young Professionals as well as offering the community a free-to-use BBQ for clubs and charity events and Business Owner Phil Muir being the Chairperson of Seddon community preschool board.
The office is open 8am-4:40pm weekdays to assist clients, provide free support for insurance claims and conduct at least annual reviews to check how you’re progressing against your financial plan.

"I just want to thank you Julie Taylor so much for encouraging me to take out additional insurance and for the ‘lottery like’ pay out. I vaguely remember our conversation a few years back when Julie had mentioned “ but just say you get cancer and are unable to work”, thinking maybe that’s a good idea I signed on the dotted line not for one minute thinking I would be a cancer victim down the track. So fast forward 3 years and in casual conversation with Julie I explained my situation…..well within a few hours all the paper work had been signed and sent off . Through my ignorance of insurance I thought it was only paid out once you are dead! I could not believe the fast turn around of them, they were absolutely amazing, compassionate, and the pay out was super quick. Together with income protection I also received a lump sum payment. This has made my recovery so much easier to handle without the financial strains associated with not being able to work full time. I encourage everyone no matter what your age to take a closer look at your insurance policies and I would 100% endorse the way they look after their clients. Thank you Julie"
