The office is led by Business Owner Brent Mitchell, who opened the Southern Lakes office in Wānaka in 2016 to provide a strong local NZHL presence. With nearly 20 years’ experience at NZHL, Brent is known for his strategic approach, clear communication, and commitment to building long‑term client relationships.
Mortgage Mentor Yerane Davies recently joined the team, bringing hands‑on property investment experience and a genuine passion for helping people take control of their financial future. Yerane’s approachable, educational style focuses on debt reduction strategies and forward planning to support clients beyond settlement.
