Meet Chris, your local adviser

Chris Baron is a New Business Consultant with NZHL Hawke’s Bay, based in Napier. Before joining NZHL, Chris built his career in the insurance industry as a Chartered Loss Adjuster, most recently leading a team through some of the region’s most complex property claims, including the response to Cyclone Gabrielle.

Through that work, he saw firsthand the financial pressures families can face and the difference the right advice and financial structure can make when it matters most.

Today, Chris brings that same care, empathy, and attention to detail to helping Hawke’s Bay homeowners take control of their home loans and achieve financial freedom sooner.

Outside of work you will find him at home in Napier with his family and their pets, usually with a project on the go.
