Marie Fonua is the Business Owner of NZHL Northwest Auckland, bringing over 20 years of experience in property development and asset management across Aotearoa, New Zealand.

She has successfully led the delivery of commercial, retail, residential, IWI, and community-led housing projects. She is the founder of Pasefika Development Consultants Ltd. Marie is deeply committed to helping Kiwis, Whānau and Pasefika families achieve home ownership and financial independence.
