  1. Entry into the promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Competition is open to New Zealand residents, aged 18 years and over.
  3. Employees or suppliers of NZHL or their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion may not enter.
  4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  5. To be eligible for this promotion you must share your “Money Saving Tip” by posting it to our fb page (https://www.facebook.com/nzhlcompany) or tagging us (fb: @nzhlcompany instagram: @nzhomeloans
  6. We will use personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected and we will ensure personal data are securely disposed of.
  7. We will not share your personal information with others unless you have given us your permission.
  8. The promotion runs from 9th September 2019 – 15th September 2019
  9. Winner will be drawn at random and posted on our Facebook page.
  10. Prize is one $50 Prezzy Card drawn each following day during the promotion period (Total of 7 x $50 Prezzy Cards)

NZHL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
