Jess brings experience in both retail and finance, having worked with a well-known New Zealand brand before deciding to take the next step in her career — supporting NZHL clients in achieving their goals and turning dreams into reality.
Her journey with NZHL began personally, gaining firsthand knowledge of the home-building process while working with the Canterbury Metro team to build her own home. This experience gave Jess valuable insight into NZHL’s approach and sparked her ambition to become a fully qualified Servicing Consultant in the near future. She currently leads the Front of House at NZHL Canterbury Metro, where her warm welcome and client-first attitude make a lasting impression.
Jess’s dedication has been recognised across the NZHL network — awarded Number Two EA/PA in 2025 and Number Three EA/PA in 2024. She’s also passionate about giving back, having completed her first marathon this year to raise funds for Conductive Education, a charity proudly supported by NZHL Canterbury Metro.
Outside of work, Jess is a standout attacking player for the Ferrymead Bays Premier Women’s football team and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her partner Zander.
