Meet Jay, your local adviser

Before moving into the mortgage space at NZHL, Josef (Jay for short) gained several years’ experience across sales and finance with one of New Zealand’s largest telecommunications companies. Through this, he developed a genuine interest in working with people and understanding what matters most to them.

He enjoys supporting clients as they work towards their property and insurance goals, taking a practical and down-to-earth approach along the way. With a strong sense of teamwork and a naturally competitive mindset, Jay is focused on learning and helping others achieve positive outcomes.

Originally from the Philippines and raised in New Zealand, Jay has always had an interest in finance and a passion for sport. Outside of work, you’ll often find him playing cricket or spending time with friends.
