Meet Sally, your local adviser

After joining NZHL in 2016 Sally became a business owner with her partner Scott Tipiwai in 2017. Previously, Sally worked in the insurance industry, specialising in bloodstock and rural insurance while also building a property portfolio of residential investments – utilising strategies such as renovations, new builds, and subdivisions. She expanded her knowledge and skillset by attending a range of courses and joining the Property Investors Association.

In 2022, Sally became the President of the Rotorua Property Investors Association, a role which she thoroughly enjoys. Sally has completed the Certificate in all strands of Financial Services (Level 5) in lending, Insurance and Investment. Outside of work, Sally enjoys riding her horses, walking her dogs Skye & Fern, and travelling back to England to see friends and family.
